Strand Court Limited, a Park Developments company, who are a long established residential and commercial development company in the Greater Dublin Area, hereby apply to An Bord Pleanála for planning permission for a strategic housing development on a residential zoned site at Churchview Road and Church Road, Killiney, Co. Dublin. The site is located to the west of the Graduate Roundabout and Church Road, to the north of Fairhaven and Churchview Road, and to the east of an area of open space.
The proposed development will consist of the demolition of 3 no. existing dwellings known as Culgrenagh, Briar Hill, and Hayfield, and the construction of 210 no. residential units (apartments) in 3 no. blocks (A, B and C) ranging in height from 3 to 7 storeys, including lower ground floor / basement level, incorporating 27 no. 1-bed units, 160 no. 2-bed units and 23 no. 3-bed units.
The proposal also includes a childcare facility and resident’s amenity facility. The proposal includes an internal access road, pedestrian and cycle paths, open space, car and cycle parking, and all associated site, landscape and infrastructural works, including access from Churchview Road.
